Gabby & the toad

Matt brought his two younger daughters with him to the ranch. Nine year old Gabby & seven year old Jessie. Gabby was fearless. She found the dead mice to be fascinating. She let spiders crawl on her hand & talked me into letting a daddy long legs crawl on my hand (for the first time in my life). And when her Dad found a toad & gave it to her she had a lot of fun with it too. And he didn't seem to mind.

Jessie played with the toad too. I do not know what ultimately happened to that toad. But I hope he survived.
