It's been such a mild & dry winter, but the other day when I walked the Beagles through Robert's Park I noticed the subtle colors & patterns in the grass. Our city budget has put a crimp in the mowing of our parks. When I see the natural beauty of the winter landscape I think it is not such a bad thing . . .
