This is a photo I took of a "tool" for class. And is an indication that I've been thinking about soup with this colder weather. I recently tried this recipe & loved it. I substituted andouille sausage (use what you like) but otherwise followed the instructions. Even added the spinach (we don't get enough green vegetable matter in our diet anyway). It was fantastic & also made good leftovers.
