Finally we found the apples! We came home with apples, apple cider, apple pie, apple butter & a caramel apple. It was a beautiful Saturday morning to stroll around the town.

AppleJack Festival
I went to Nebraska City yesterday for the Apple Jack Festival. Went with my friends, Lynne & Joan, to celebrate my birthday early. We stopped first at the Lied Lodge for breakfast. Beautiful decor with the emphasis on trees whether it was leaves in the lampshades or the logs used to construct the entire building.
Finally we found the apples! We came home with apples, apple cider, apple pie, apple butter & a caramel apple. It was a beautiful Saturday morning to stroll around the town.
