springtime is . . .

new babies. Don's niece, Sharmin, had a baby boy on Monday. Ivy is a big sister now. And big brother, Caleb, who is in high school, has another sibling.



When I stopped by yesterday to visit, Ivy was a whirl of activity in the their hospital suite.



After months of debate Sharmin & Louie settled on naming him Paxton Louis. A great name, I think.



Sharmin gave Ivy her camera to take pictures in the room. She took some very nice ones. Kids certainly have a different viewpoint than adults.





Grandpa Terry (Don's brother) visited also.



Louie got some baby time in between chasing Ivy.





Ivy would like to hold Paxton too.
