This is a recipe I found on a food blog. I have made it several times already & it gets devoured quickly at our house. I like that it doesn't make a huge amount. I don't often buy fresh raspberries; sometimes it seems as if they are already spoiled by the time I get home with them. So I buy them the day I plan to make this. Other fruit can be substituted as well. And I usually keep buttermilk on hand. I ignore the "best used by" date; I am often still using it 3 weeks past that date. Just be sure to shake the jug before using. Anyway, the blog is "The Smitten Kitchen".
